The Rock City Angels were one of South Florida¹s hottest live bands in the mid 80's. The Rock City Angels started out as The Abusers and eventually evolved into the Angels. Their hair got longer, ³Bobby Bondage² became ³Bobby St. Valentine,² and the guys started wearing eyeliner, lipstick and nail polish. The music was an exciting mixture of punk- inspired glam rock.

Way back when, before the Rock City Angels signed any record deals, they recorded a demo tape. The demo circulated around South Florida and caught a lot of attention. Eventually New Renaissance Records signed the band. It was this demo that did it.­GCL
